"Touch Korea Tour" is a Korea Tourism Organization's 2012 official global campaign to promote tourism and sightseeing in Korea worldwide. A total 15 candidates were chosen for the "Touch Korea Tour". 7 winners were selected through the "Touch Korea Tour Video Contest" on April and May, 8 winners were selected in different contests in KTO's overseas branches.
The 15 winners will be divided into one of 3 tours: Fun Tour, Gourmet Tour and Style Tour; 3 designated themes for a great 6 nights and 7 days of experiencing Korea's beauty and charisma.

15 treasure hunters from all around the world were invited to Korea. Together with 2PM and miss A, missions will be given on their search to unlock the hidden beauties and charms of Korea.

Through the missions of each tour, depending on the difficulty level,
마패 (Mapae) will be paid. Mapae was a token used in the Goryeo and
Joseon Dynasty by rulers when they went to travel to provinces on
business trips when using horses as transportation. In "Touch Korea
Tour", Mapae represents the success of participant in the missions. On
the last day of tour, participant with the most number of Mapaes will be
the winner!

To explore the various things to do in Korea, participants will experience the famous tourist destinations of Korea such as Jeju Island, temple-stay programs in Pyeongchang, Gangwon Province, as well as major attractions in Seoul.

To explore the various shopping experiences that Korea has to offer, participants will start in Seoul and travel to Andong and Busan to experience traditional craft works as well as the famous traditional markets.
